the secret

i'am currently addicted to "the secret" - the book edition! (thank you joko for the influence) Let me share with you things that i like/learned from the said book:

all that we are is a result of what we have thought - buddha

if you see it in yor mind, you're going to hold it in your hand - bob proctor

it is also stated in the book: when you do not treat yourself the way you want others to treat you, you can never change the way things are. your actions are your powerful thought, so if you do not treat yourself with love and respect, you are emitting a signal saying you are not important enough, worthy enough, or deserving. that signal will continue to broadcast, and you will experience more situations of people not treating you well. (amen to that, it's like how you create your reputation. if you want to be respected, earn it!)

GIVE MONEY TO GET MONEY: giving is a powerful action to bring more money into your life, because when you are giving you are saying "i have plenty." it will not be surprising to you to learn that the wealthiest people in the planet are the greatest philanthropists. they give away vast amounts of money, and as they give, by the law of attraction, the universe opens up and floods vast amounts of oney back to them - MULTIPLIED!

yes, i will give this book as b-day present, christmas present and wala lang gifts to my loved ones. a really inspiring book and a different way to have good outlook in life. and true, addict ako sa "the secret". hahaha! (okay back to watching vids on my ipod)
