harrison had this thanksgiving party last thursday (november 23,2006) it's the same day that US is celebrating their thanksgiving tradition, as per our bossings this will be a yearly gathering na din in our office to celebrate the blessings that we are getting throughout the year. there are trials that we encounter but we know that there a lot more things to be thankful for hence this thanksgiving thing and pig-out session will be celebrated annualy starting this year. super daming food like turkey, mashed potatoes, carbonara, spagetti, cranberry, spareribs, barbecue, cakes, cookies, at kung anu anu pa. yummy, i ate a lot and muntik ng magsecond serving. gary v. prayed over us and our company, he said a lot of good things about our company and life in general. he's really good in preaching/sharing stuffs, it made me think about a lot of things in my life and how i practice my faith in god but then again that's another entry in my blog. so obviously star struck pa din ako kay gary v. kahit kakakita ko lang sa kanya that same week during maricel's b-day! we made uto erwin to take a picture of us with him and syempre since gahaman kami sa picture ginawa na talaga naming photo op ang pangyayari. we love gary v!

i bought glasses last saturday - FINALLY! miki was happy about that, she said and i quote - it took you 48 years to finally get a glasses. i lost my contacts sometime last week, so im not seeing things clearly and it sucks, i can't even see the faces of my officemates clearly. i went to the mall for the sole reason of getting a new pair of contacts but apparently it's not available and i have to wait til friday to get a new pair, in my mind im thinking - wtf, how will i go through a week without contacts? hence, i decided to get a pair of glasses na! yehey! im so happy too. hindi jo din alam why it took me so long to get one - tamad kase! (wushu! pero pag gimik super sipag kahit dis-oras na ng gabi!)

it was tita marita's b-day yesterday but we had lunch last sunday to celebrate yet another year of her very useful life. lunch took place @ zong with our family, tita marita, tito ico, and ate nory. as usual we ate a lot of yummy food - fave naming lahat sa zong eh! hehe! we loves you tita marita! i wish you good health, more money, more apos, more divisoria trips and more US trips! at sana isama mo ako ha? as your chaperon! hehehe!

PART II: road trip

bored to death na ang mga boys kaya ang inatupag nila?
manghuli ng mga insekto sa paligid ng bahay ni darwin,
lasingin ito via fundador at pakawalan ang mga insekto
(wala silang makitang tanduay eh - naubos na ata)
in an attempt to prove na nalasing nila ito! Mukha naming nagenjoy sila!
sinubukan din nilang maghabulan, pero nahinto to agad kase naman
nadapa si bob! ASUS! nadapa kung kelan lahat kami ang napalingon
dahil narining naming ang sigaw ni rye. so ayawan na sa habulan
ang next naman nila na inatupag ay ang card games, ayun maya
maya maririning mo na ang hagalpakan ng tawa at napatunayan namin na
ang tawa talaga ni ney at HIHIHI! At least ha, siyang siya yung text niya.

PART I: road trip

joko, miki and moi decided to have a road trip!
where are we going?
we are going to MOA and then to batangas with 6CM!
(girls, just wanna have fun! fun! and more fun!)

okay first stop is MOA, where we watch this MMS thing!

when we arrived imago is already performing and 6CM is up next,

we hang out around the crowd, saw lots of people wearing

black top and some of them even made pa-cute kay mikoy! mwahaha!

after walking around and talking pics and being cute and all

we saw potpot, tuesday vargas and callalily and other people

arriving or just walking around and doing their own business.

after a while we saw rolan and he invited us to join him backstage!

yes! thank you rolan kaya naman love na loves ka naming 3.

anung meron sa backstage? well, madaming banda like

6cm, imago, session road, sandwich, callalily, craeons,

protein shake, etc. madami ding celebrity like

raymond guitierrez, bianca kind, etc.

wafu ni mong alcaraz...hahay!

okay, after MOA we decided to head south already and beat 6CM

sa gig/show nila - mga nagfefeeling alam ang buong batangas!

so anways, stop over muna kami sa SLEX to grab some pizza

and other food that will sustain us in our road trip.

i think we took so many pics that people from the pizza place

are taking pics of us too - i think they are koreano or baka mga chinese,

ewan ko lang din ha, basta liit ng mga mata nila.

we ate the pizza in the car while traveling towards batangas,

while on the road - nagsoundtrip kami, food trip, laugh trip

chismisan at naglaro ng 20 questions!

ang galing na sana namin til we arrived at san jose and can't figure out

where we are going, so bumaba ako ng car at nagtanong sa

manang at kanyang apo somewhere. in the process

of doing this, 2 MB van (one maroon and one green)

passed us by and i run towards the our car and shouted that

i think the two vans are 6cm and protein shake, let's go and follow them.

chuck: yes

carla: may green mb na nakasunod sa inyo?

chuck: yes! why? san na kayo?

carla: dito sa likod nyo, meron pang 2 tao na naglalakad?

carla: oo! heheh!

after all the talahibs, lubak lubak na daan, sobrang dilim,

at clueless face namin....we arrived SOMEWHERE!

ayun, nag-gate crash pa ata kami sa party.

hahaha! pero keri pa din, buti andun si chuck at rolan!

adventures and misadventures!

surprise b-day party.baby shower.victory for bio's pitch

Maricel Pangilinan-Arenas one of our big boss at work turned 50 last week and we had a big surprise party for her headed by her beautiful daughter julia. i think in my two years in harrison this is the first time that we had a successful surprise party for someone. for the first time walang namali ng send ng email at text message, hence successful ang pagsigaw ng SURPRISE! at ang pagtatago sa ilalalim ng dilim habang inaantay dumating si bossing!

all her siblings, friends, family, and old officemates came to our workplace to join in the surprise party for the golden girl, at syempre na star struck pa din kay gary v. kahit na million times ko na siyang nakikita. hehe! ganun talaga pag showbiz.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARICEL!

tina's having a baby again - this is baby number 5! and so we threw her a surprise baby shower and surprisingly without talking to one another we bought her winnie the pooh baby stuffs! hahaha! and she was so happy about it cause she want that theme for her baby's stuffs etc. i think magkakapareho na ng takbo ang utak ng mga tao sa opisina ko.

my wish? sana last baby na yan! tama na tina! hahaha!!

a piece of good news before the year ends... we got the pitch for biogesic! yes!

alternate lang yan eh, cueshé-6cyclemind-cueshé etc. since the last gig we went to was for 6cyclemind it's time to go to cueshé's gig! this time it's at 19east - the place to be! yeah! i met up with joko at rockwell, then we picked up miki @ metropolis, we had dinner at dencios (we ate sisig, crispy hipon, enseladang mangga, pakbet, enseldang talong and rice!), and then we met up with ritz @ 19east na. was able to convince mike to let us in for free - that's ILTD girls lang! YEHEY! ang baet, was finally able to use one of the perks of having an ILTd thing? hmmm... maybe we should tell mike to let us in for free at least once a month! hehe!

ritz was able to reserve this table in the center, we are used to sitting somewhere near the front/stage but naunahan kami sa aming usual 19east table. ritz and miki wanted to get drunk or at least tipsy so we decided to order a shot of blowjob and some san mig lights. before the gig started our drummer boy brought her GF over our table, - sabi nga ni mike at his earlier text message, please entertain shine! and so we did, she was able to see a sneak preview of our pasensiya na dancesteps and she was able to witness how our mind works a cueshé's gig (daming kalokohan!). shine was so nice, which by the way i already knew from mike's kwento, but we witnessed how nice she was when she did not let us pay for our bill. di bale we will make bawi next time, it's gonna be our treat! yey!

gimik time again - this time it's time to see 6cyclemind but still with my fave girlfriends - mikoy and jokjok! i had to work til about 7 or so, i met up with my two bitches @ atc and then we headed to padis point for joko's happy batteries. mwahaha! earlier that day, i received really distrubing and funny text messages from joko about having to breath the air that his HB is breathing - in tagalog, muntik na akong mamatay sa kakatawa! hahaha!

we arrived a bit early at padis and instead of going in and listen to really bad front act band we decided to stay outside - i ate and we talked about how we will go about the pasensiya na video at as usual laugh trip na naman kami! hahay! grabeh na ang kasiyahan namin sa kaka-reenact sa pasensiya na dance steps/sequencing! pag natuloy ang launch nito ewan ko lang kung anung maging REP namin sa mga peeps! hehe!

when 6cyclemind arrived chuck let us in for FREE! yahoo. two gimiks this week and we got free entrance for both - sana sa friday din! well, whenever we see 6cyclemind gig we always get in for free - chuck and rolan loves us! hehe! and we love them too!
